Founded the company with husband, Steve. Gail has vast knowledge and experience in both upholstery and curtains. Able to offer help and advice when needed and ensuring all projects and products are of the high quality our clients have come to know and expect.
Company founder with more than 40 years in the industry and a keen golfer. Steve is the go-to for all things upholstery..and golf!
As part of the family business, Vince has gained much experience from a young age and understands the importance of high quality combined with great customer service. He is now a talented upholsterer and makes high-quality pieces in our workshop. He is often out on site working, where he can be found fitting everything from curtains, blinds, headboards, and much more.
Reece drives business development while managing day-to-day operations across the office and workshop. He’s the key link between clients and production, ensuring every project runs smoothly — from initial brief to final delivery. With a focus on quality, service, and clear communication, Reece makes sure every order meets the highest standard.
With an eye for detail and careful attention, Jenny is always on hand to discuss your project. Making sure you are always informed and projects are completed on time.
Connor is a skilled upholsterer at Victoria Gayle, known for his steady hand and sharp attention to detail. He plays a key role across the workshop, with a particular talent for crafting high-quality headboards. Every piece is carefully finished, checked, and wrapped to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
Ronnie is a multi-talented upholsterer with experience in producing beautiful furniture in a variety of styles from traditional upholstery to contemporary pieces. He has a great eye for detail, ensuring our clients always get the finish they want. His expertise and enthusiasm are highly-valued within our team.
Lorraine came to VG with many years sewing experience. She brings her varied and vast sewing skills to the workshop producing top quality cushions and soft furnishings.With a keen eye for detail ensuring all our cushions and soft furnishings are always top notch.
Julia is passionate about interior design having studied at KLC school of design went on to gain experience working with top London Interior Designers and Property developers where her many skills included production management, purchasing FF&E for projects and assisting in creating mood boards and fabric schemes. Her personality and flair maker an invaluable member of the VG team
An integral part of the VG team Karen is a talented curtain maker with an eye for detail. Making curtains and blinds with finesse ensuring every piece has the beautiful finish our customers expect.
Dempsy joins the VG team from USA where he gained experience in various trades. He brings a great skill set and is relied upon to do carpentry also fitting headboards, curtains and blinds. He is a fantastic member of the team allowing us to offer a complete service from start to finish
